The Tarrazu region is located in the interior mountains of Costa Rica and is known to produce distinguished coffee. Tarrazu is a market name for coffees produced and processed within the region. Coffee from this area is known to be relatively heavy-bodied with a complex aroma.

Costa Rica grows Arabica coffee on approx. 30,000 plantations. Harvesting occurs throughout the year, depending on growing area and altitude. The strictly hard bean is grown at over 4200 feet.

Full body and high acidity, clean, nutty flavors.  Hints of chocolate, orange, and peach.

All coffee is roasted daily and fresh!
